SERVICES & PRICING
I offer a full range of services for pets of all ages and sizes. My rates are competitive with other local services. There is no fee for the initial meet & greet and I do not charge extra fees for administering medications or taking care of household items like bringing in mail, reasonably sized/weighted packages, watering a few plants & Christmas trees, etc.

DOG WALKING
Dogs must be non-aggressive and able to walk in packs. Small pack walks provide your dog with socialization during their midday break. Average pack size: 3-5 dogs, no more than 6 dogs per pack. Dogs over 6 months of age must be spayed/neutered, wear a collar and ID tag with current contact information, and be current on mandatory vaccines and under the care of a licensed vet. Per DC law, I do not walk dogs off-leash.
AM, PM, bedtime, and weekend walks are ONLY available for regular midday clients and must be arranged ahead of time, based on my availability. They may not be possible as a same-day add-on.

CAT CARE & EXOTICS
I don’t just care for dogs…I also look after kitties! I provide the same level of love and care for them as I do for my dog clients - including feeding, litter cleanup, medications (if needed), and playtime and cuddle time. I care for cats of all ages, including kittens, senior cats, and cats w/ medical conditions. I'm available once or twice a day, as needed.

No additional fees for administering feline medications.
I am experienced w/ oral medications (pill & liquid via syringe), insulin injections & glucose monitors, transdermal click sticks, & albuterol inhalers.
I also look after other pets such as fish, reptiles, snakes, rabbits, and other small mammals and exotics as long as they are not venomous.

DOG BOARDING
Homestyle dog boarding, for regular dog walking clients only - based on availability. Your dog will sleep on my bed, hang out on the couch, and be loved like a member of our family.
Limitations: Dogs cannot be excessive barkers and must be FULLY potty trained, NON-destructive, and get on with my boys, Hanni & Buddha.
NO RAW FOOD.
If I cannot accommodate a specific dog or timeframe, or you are not an existing dog walking client, I recommend a fellow pet care professional that I trust implicitly who also boards at home, on a larger scale. Contact me for details.

FEES & CANCELLATIONS
SAME DAY SERVICE
Need an unscheduled cat sit or dog walk? If you're running late at work or something comes up which keeps you from getting home in time to walk/feed your dog, I can run over to your home for you (based on availability). Same-day add-on service is available for an additional fee of $5 per dog walk/visit.
SNOW EMERGENCY RATES
During official DC snow emergencies, rates are doubled.
MAJOR HOLIDAYS
Cat visits, dog walks, potty breaks, and boarding scheduled on New Year’s Eve & Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Day after, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day incur an additional one-time fee of $25 per day, in addition to the regular rate.
CANCELLATIONS
Midday walks can be cancelled at no charge up to 11AM on the morning of the scheduled midday walk. Midday walks cancelled after 11AM will be charged at $18. There is NO cancellation fee for AM or PM walks cancelled before midnight (night prior) and 4PM respectively. Otherwise, cancelled AM & PM walks will be charged at $23.
The full midday, AM, or PM rate applies if I reach your home & your dog or cat is absent or you are home & cancel at that time.

HOME & PLANT CARE
Traveling on business, going on vacation, or closing up your house for a few weeks or months? Anything you need including home security & window/door check, light rotation, indoor plant care, mail & package collection, summer garden care, etc.
